No appraisal fees, no credit hassles, and no limit
on the number of investment properties you can own.

Hard money lenders are only concerned about equity.
If the deal makes sense, we'll do it.

If you're an investor or rehabber and are in need of
quick funding, please give me a call.

Rates and fees will vary with every situation,
but here are some general guidelines:

Will fund - up to 70% of market value - on most properties;
higher LTV's (up to 100% or more) available with additional
real estate collateral.

Loan period can be up to three years, or longer if necessary.
Payments are interest only, with the balance due at the end
of the loan period.

Hard money loans can be structured to fit just about any situation,
